What advise would you give to anyone considering competing for the time?
Believe in Yourself. Believe that, if I can do it, or he, or she can do it, then so can You! Never set limitations on yourself, i.e. that you can't wake up early, or stay on a diet, or work out regularly. Always treat those issues as little set backs and mistakes…that won't happen again, and start over, try to wake up again, or try to plan your meals better, or don't walk past the deli with the Ben & Jerry's Frozen Yogurt. Start fresh with yourself every day, and focus on doing great in every moment!
