What advice would you give to anyone considering competing for the time?

Believe in Yourself. Believe that you can do it! Never set limitations on yourself! Never say that you can't wake up early, or that you can't stay on a diet, or work out regularly. Always treat those issues as little set backs and mistakes…don't let them happen again, and start over, try to wake up again, or try to plan your meals daily. Start fresh with yourself every day, and focus on doing great in every moment!
